We are calling high school students to take ownership of finishing the great commission in their generation
Young Pioneers is a missions initiative that takes teenagers to unreached areas of the earth to proclaim the Gospel. When Jesus first spoke of the great commission, it was His disciples (a handful of inexperienced teenagers and young adults) to whom He gave this glorious assignment. Youth are not too young for this mission. Teenagers, from the very beginning of this assignment, have had such a vital role to play in the spread of the Gospel. We seek to empower a generation of youth to take their place in this storyline, to take ownership of the great commission once again, to take the name of Jesus to the unreached people groups of the earth— to be pioneers.
Young pioneer mission trips
Young Pioneers mission trips are focused exclusively on areas that are unreached, where there is very little or no access at all to the Gospel. We carry the heart that the apostle Paul expressed when he said “I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named…” This is not a mission for the faint of heart, but it’s not just reserved for the 40-year-old vocational missionaries either. Young Pioneers hosts mandatory training days in advance for all teenagers attending trips, where they will be equipped and empowered for this task through prayer, encounter with God, teaching, and hands-on training.
Young Pioneers leads teams of teenagers on mission trips to unreached areas all over the world. If you are a teenager, a youth leader, or a youth group, and you are interested in more information about our trips, then click below:
